My Dearest Abbu,

I was on a plane, rushing to reach you, hoping to stand by your side in the ICU, to hold your hand one last time and tell you how much I love you. Do you know, Abbu, how much you mean to me? You are, and always will be, the best father in the world. You mean the world to me, Abbu. Your love, your guidance, your strength – they have shaped me in more ways than I can express. Now, without you, I feel lost and alone. But I know you wouldn't want me to give up. You have always been a fighter, facing life's challenges with bravery and determination.

One day, feeling frustrated, I asked you, "Abbu, what is the purpose of my life? I don't know what I should live for." You responded, "Juthi, if you are my daughter, you should keep fighting for what is right. If you are my daughter, you will smile and be happy. You will always take care of Audree, and you will be the best parent to Audree.”

I need you now more than ever. Your absence leaves an emptiness that can never be filled. But I find comfort in the memories we shared, in the love that will always connect us.
